Guest Travel Advisor

As a Remote Guest Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking memorable travel experiences. This role is designed for individuals who are new to the travel industry and eager to grow their expertise. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience while working remotely, with the potential to advance in responsibilities and earnings based on performance. Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations
• Research and suggest travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to clients’ interests
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements
• Provide guidance on travel options, best practices, and local customs for various destinations
• Confirm all travel details and ensure accurate communication with clients
• Respond to client inquiries and provide support before, during, and after their trips
• Collaborate with other team members to stay informed on travel trends and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable using digital tools for booking and client communication
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Interest in the travel industry and helping others plan memorable experiences
• No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided
