Reservation Planner (virtual)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Planner to join our travel team. This remote role involves managing client reservations and providing exceptional support throughout the travel planning process. • Assist clients in booking travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and more
• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, provide recommendations, and confirm reservation details
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate exclusive deals or upgrades
• Handle all communication with clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring quick responses and excellent service
• Provide detailed itineraries and support clients with any last-minute changes, cancellations, or requests
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, policies, and destination information to provide clients with expert advice
• Manage and track all bookings and payments to ensure accurate and timely processing

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Prior experience in travel, reservations, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms or willingness to learn
