Elevate is recruiting for an Account Manager (AUS) to contribute to our continued success and help drive long-term, profitable growth. This is a virtual position based in Australia within our Sales & Account Management function. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a primary customer liaison and execute strategies that retain and grow Elevate’s key accounts.
Specifically, you will
• Act Operate as the key point of contact, coordination, and escalation for various customers and stakeholders of an account, and across all Business Units.
• Create and execute strategic account plans that deliver on customer objectives and Elevate strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to understand and address their business needs, priorities, goals, and challenges.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify and address areas for improvement and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and expansion opportunities within designated accounts, working in close collaboration with Sales and Service teams to develop retention and expansion strategies.
• Assist with account administration activities such as contracting, reporting and project management.
• Address customer issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and deliver solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Services and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to serving key accounts.
• Drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to evolve to deliver greater value to customers.
• Track and report on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitors to provide valued insights and recommendations to customers.
Experience
• Experience in strategic account management (3+ years) and demonstrable success growing high-profile client accounts.
• Professional experience in the legal services industry required.
• History of achieving/exceeding a quota or performance targets.
• Experience managing a complex sales cycle, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of the legal industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in account management.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant systems/tools.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or an industry-related field preferred.
