Senior Key Account Manager - Food & Beverage Logistics

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the food & beverage industry? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to join a leading logistics company specializing in the food & beverage sector. With your expertise in business development and account management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering growth and strengthening relationships across key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and continued business growth in the food & beverage logistics space.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate new business opportunities and drive retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and expanding service offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and support.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the food & beverage logistics sector or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts, with strong business acumen and the ability to spot opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and experience working closely with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
  • A proactive and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex accounts and deliver on sales targets.
