We are a dynamic, fast-growing consumer electronics brand with a reputation for innovation and quality. As we continue to expand across Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our partnership with one of the Netherlands' leading retailers, MediaMarkt.

Role Overview:

As the Key Account Manager for MediaMarkt, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand within this important retail partner. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure that our products are prominently represented across MediaMarkt's online and in-store offerings.

This role is home-based, offering flexibility while requiring frequent travel to MediaMarkt locations and regular visits to the MediaMarkt headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan for MediaMarkt, ensuring alignment with our brand’s overall objectives and growth targets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at MediaMarkt, acting as the main point of contact for all matters related to the partnership.
• Identify opportunities for product placement, promotional activities, and joint marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional calendars to maximise revenue potential.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, ensuring that targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and supply chain) to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment across all channels.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the account.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing MediaMarkt as a key account within the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail dynamics, consumer electronics trends, and MediaMarkt’s business model.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with strong analytical skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
