This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CX Specialist to join a leading MedTech company going through unprecedented growth. Your day-to-day will involve providing assistance through various channels such as ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone. Fluency in both German and English, along with strong communication skills, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical customer support via regional ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone.
• Guide customers on using products and software to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently, adhering to response time targets.
• Create and update the troubleshooting guides.
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in both English and German.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and continuously improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service within the dental or digital healthcare industries.
• Native proficiency in German and fluent in English.
• Experience in relevant industries, particularly MedTech
• Proficiency in SAP.
