If you thrive on building executive-level trust, shaping territory strategy, and seeing your influence directly affect business results, this Account Manager role will put you at the centre of the action.
You’ll play a pivotal role driving expansion across flagship SaaS solutions for banking and financial services clients in Italy. As the senior Account Manager, you’ll orchestrate renewals and upsell strategies, partner closely with solution consulting and product teams, and act as the face of the business for some of the region’s most critical accounts. This is a chance to leverage your deep knowledge of the sector, your language skills, and your drive to deliver tangible value for clients navigating the ever-evolving threat landscape.
What You'll Do
Own and expand a portfolio of strategic banking and finance accounts across Italy, shaping growth plans and seeing your account strategies come to life.
Drive the entire sales cycle for renewals and expansions, negotiating contracts, navigating complex decision makers, and closing high-value deals.
Build and nurture relationships at both operational and executive levels, becoming a trusted advisor on risk, fraud, and payments innovation.
Collaborate effectively with solution consulting, product, and marketing teams to tailor compelling value propositions and territory strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, translating pain points into actionable solutions and pipeline growth.
Represent the business at industry and client events, building visibility and deepening your network in the Italian financial sector.
What You'll Bring
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Experience in risk or fraud SaaS, with a track record managing end-to-end sales processes for large, complex accounts.
Previous success working with banks or channel partners as clients.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executives and board-level stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results in a collaborative environment.
A collaborative, open communicator who actively supports team success and builds trust internally and externally.
