Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Support Engineer. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for sales operations, assisting with customer queries, and analyzing data to support the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand product specifications, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring customers receive excellent service and support.
