Online SpecialistPosition Overview:

Chantecaille is searching for a part time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to offer remote Live Chat and email support for our clients. This role is responsible for:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients thru Live Chat and email messaging
  • Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
  • Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate
  • Stay up to date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends and customer service best practices
  • Attend regional trainings twice/year

Qualifications:

  • An ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a customer service role, luxury beauty industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skill to include typing, and ability to navigate thru different software programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor
  • Passion for beauty and conservation
  • Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends and some holidays
