Head of Customer Service: Immediate start
We’re are looking for someone to join us as Head of Customer Service (one man team) at ByErim!
- Must have extensive experience using Gorgias
- Must have experience handling claims with DHL & Royal Mail
This role is 2 hours per week on a freelance, part time basis and remote at a £15ph rate.
