The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: In this role, you will focus on creating the most efficient path for consumers to book visits with their favorite service providers. This position is crucial in shaping a seamless and delightful booking journey that meets the needs of both consumers and service providers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in marketplace models and the consumer domain to lead the evolution of Booksy's consumer experience.   • Product management experience, with a focus on consumer product development or marketplace platforms
  • Proven success in improving booking/purchasing process and delivering measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize a user-friendly booking experience that simplifies how consumers connect with their preferred service providers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Analyze user behavior (qualitative and quantitative data) to identify opportunities for improving the consumer journey
  • Ensure that the consumer experience aligns with Booksy's vision and supports marketplace growth
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting, learning from failures, and iterating on product strategies to drive sustainable growth
