Marketing Operations Manager | Global AI Financial Services | Remote (UK)

Arcadia Search is recruiting a Marketing Operations Manager for a fast-growing, AI-native financial services technology business operating globally.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines advanced AI capability (not a casual user) with strong marketing operations expertise. You’ll own the systems, data, and processes that power marketing and go-to-market execution – including HubSpot, audience segmentation and data hygiene, campaign operations, attribution, dashboards and lead-gen reporting, and close alignment with sales.

You’ll also own the trade association/industry event calendar and take the lead on London and UK-wide B2B events(initiating, organising and delivery), with regular London engagement.

You’ll bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in Marketing Ops / GTM Ops / RevOps (SaaS and/or financial services)
• Strong HubSpot capability (CRM, automation, reporting)
• Experience running LinkedIn advertising
• CMS familiarity
• A self-sufficient, excellence-driven working style
