Are you the ultimate Customer Service and Operations Specialist who thrives in the heart of the action?
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-obsessed, and highly organized superstar to take the reins as our Customer Service and Operations Specialist. Think of yourself as the spider in our web—connecting the dots between customer service, suppliers, 3rd party fulfillment partners, and Sales & Marketing. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Wondering what you will be doing?
- Entering and processing orders and returns, invoices, bills, and payments
- Inventory planning, purchasing, and vendor contact
- Managing customer service calls, emails, and chats
- Handling collection management (sampling logistics and product information)
- Ensuring on-time shipping control (3rd party fulfillment, Amazon, production orders)
What minimum requirements should you have?
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various programs such as MS Office, Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, Asana, and data entry systems (we use Apparel Magic)
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Prior experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
Other specifics:
- This is a full-time remote position
- We are looking for a long-term commitment
- You will work in a small team of 5-10 members
- Your compensation will depend on your level of experience
